In order to the stricter customer expectation our company operates with automatic deburring grinding system.

High capacity working

We offer our deburring service primarily for the working of laser-cut and punched

sheet metal parts, because after this the processed parts are much easier to weld,

bend or otherwise workable.

Our machine park consists exclusively of the world market-leading Italian COSTA equipment,

specialised in wide belt grinding, deburring and finishing machines. We mainly work with stainless

steel, but you can find other materials on our service palette.

We can create radius of up to 2 mm.

Our services

The first workstation is used to sand off the line left over from the cut.

The next station - rotary brushing - is used for edge breaking of parts of any geometry.

As part of this, we also guarantee a homogeneous, high surface quality over the entire surface

of external contours, cut-outs, holes and amorphous shapes. For foiled sheets, we perform high

quality edge breaking, regardless of the material, by either preserving or removing the foil.

The third and final workstation is used for finishing (fibre grinding) and oxide removal.

Grinding

In addition to cutting technologies for complex sheet metal working, grinding is an extremely

important process. As the technology that determines the final surface appearance of our finished

products, it plays an important role in our production.

We also carry out grinding and thread grinding of our laser-cut, bent and welded parts to an impeccable quality.

The overall level of our finishing technology is in line with the consistently high standard of our core business.

Accordingly, we sell our high value-added products and our more complex assembled finished products with an optical appearance that meets the highest quality standards.
