The AMADA's EG-series compact and fast servo-electric edge banding machine with 40 tonnes of pressure capacity and
a 1,000 mm table is specifically designed for precise bending of small parts. A fast and ergonomic equipment with double
servo-driven automatic angle measuring sensors.
Its Thickness Detection Sensor (TDS) function measures plate thickness variations before bending and corrects the depth of
pressure if necessary. This is an enormous advantage, as many bending inaccuracies result from uneven material thickness.

our company can undertake a pressurized force of up to 400 tonnes and a bending length of up to 4,050 mm, we take on orders.
All the functions of offline programming are available directly in the control of the machines.
Thanks to the high productivity of the machines, bending is carried out economically, mainly through the use of high axis speeds,
minimum tooling time and automatic tool clamping systems.
