This form of laser cutting combines several operations - sawing, drilling, milling, threading, weld edge preparation - in one. The threading unit of the 3D tube lasers manufacture the necessary thread in one operation. Thanks to the 3D tilting laser cutting head, it is also possible to make cuts that are not possible with conventional equipment, weld edge breaks or countersunk holes.

We undertake the production of complex components with threads, holes, and positioning lugs ("hook and slot") in the highest quality. With the laser beam, the cut is always precise, and the cutting surface is of high quality.

Compared to the use of conventional cutting equipment, 3D tube laser cutting speeds up the process and thus significantly reduces costs. Its use is particularly advantageous for unique, more complex geometric shapes.

The technology can also be used to produce positioning tabs, bores, and elongated holes so that the machined part can be installed immediately. The cut material is easy to assemble; no separate elements - such as complex welding templates - are needed to fabricate for assembly.

The innovative "hook and slot" positioning improves the strength of the joint, considers the geometric characteristics and simplifies the positioning of the welded section. After selecting the elements to be joined, the system proposes an optimal solution, which can of course be customized. Save time and increase productivity!

Planning, programming of parts and frames in a three-dimensional CAD/CAM graphic environment are done offline with functions that speed up and simplify the design on the tubes.
